WHAT IS I.R. (IMPULSE RESPONSE) ?

Impulse Response is the intrinsic characteristic of the final result of a signal, as it passes through a specific combination of amplifier, speaker cabinet, speaker, room, microphone, and other devices, convolved and deconvolved into a waveform file which, when loaded into an IR reader, acts as a "filter" allowing a signal to flow through it  resulting in what it would be if the signal were flowing through the original (physical) combined equipment.

WHY ZAMPTONE?

ZAMPTONE focuses on providing a vast array of impulse Responses, each retaining a frequency spectrum as wide as possible within workable parameters. The goal is to provide IRs flexible enough that allow the player to explore his gear to the fullest and reach the desired tone by using nothing more than the onboard EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble, etc.) without the need to further tweak it.

Much care was put in the product development of our IRs to ensure functionality across all physical platforms and allow the musician to deliver a high-caliber-studio-sound quality whether in a studio or live scene.

Sorted from the brightest to the darkest tonality, each IR package is composed of:

• 100+ Files per package,

• Multiple voices groups,

• 20+ variations per voice group,

• 4 Different sample rates available per package: 44.1Khz, 48Khz, 96Khz, and 192Khz,

• Compatible with all Impulse Response loaders (physical and virtual).
